How to read an answer's compliance score
The compliance score shows how reliable and well-sourced an answer is. Here's how to read it and what to do at each level.
When Optivalue.ai generates an answer, it assigns it a compliance score. This score measures how reliable the answer is, based on two criteria: its completeness and the evidence behind it. It relies on the Evidence Builder, which links each answer to a verifiable source: document, page, timestamp and digital footprint.
High score: 80 to 100%
The answer is sourced and traceable. The evidence provided by the Evidence Builder guarantees its reliability: you can use it as is.
Intermediate score: 50 to 79%
The answer is relevant but only partially covered: a piece of evidence is missing, outdated or incomplete. The Evidence Builder points you to the documents to add or update.
Low score: under 50%
The answer is not sufficiently supported. Link valid evidence through the Evidence Builder before exporting it.
In short: the compliance score and the Evidence Builder work together to give you reliable, verifiable answers that meet the expectations of your clients, auditors or partners.
