How to create a Optivalue.ai account
Whether you're trying Optivalue.ai for free or have subscribed to a plan, creating your account is your very first step.
Welcome to Optivalue.ai. Creating your account only takes a few minutes and gives you access to the platform to answer your first questionnaires. Here's how.
1. Sign up
Go to the registration page, enter your email address and choose a password. For your security, it must contain at least 8 characters, including one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter, one number and one special character.
2. Activate your account
A few seconds later, you'll receive an invitation email. Click the "Activate my account" link: a page then confirms that your account has been created.
3. Log in
Click "Back to login" to open the Optivalue.ai app and get started.
Good to know: you have 2 days to activate your account after receiving the email. After that, an error message appears and you simply need to contact our support team to restart the activation.
Once logged in, you can also invite your colleagues to answer questionnaires as a team.
