Inviting your colleagues is the best way to work together on your questionnaires. Here's how to add a user.

The steps

  1. Go to your account settings, then to user management.
  2. Click "Invite" and enter your colleague's email address.
  3. Within a few seconds, they receive an email inviting them to activate their account and set a password.
  4. Once validated, they are redirected to the login page.

Good to know: Once the email is received, your colleague has 2 days to activate their account. After this period, an error message will appear and they will need to contact the support team.
