Fixing an SSO login error
SSO login is failing? Here's what to check on the configuration and user side.
SSO login fails or loops back? Here's what to check.
On the configuration side (account owner)
- Is SSO enabled in the dedicated tab (visible only to the owner)?
- Is the XML metadata file or your IdP's metadata URL correctly set?
- Does the SAML configuration match your identity provider?
On the user side
- Clear your browser cookies, then try again.
- Check that your account is linked to the organisation that uses SSO.
