Optivalue.ai imports your questionnaires in several formats. Here's how to proceed depending on yours.
Excel (.xlsx / .xls)
The best-recognised format. For a multi-column file or one with several tabs, clearly identify the questions column; the AI then detects the structure better.
Word and PDF
Supported on request (contact us via the chatbot to enable it). For a scanned PDF, prefer a text version if you have one: an image scan is harder to process.
Online questionnaires
Use the Chrome extension to answer directly on the portal (EcoVadis, SAP Ariba, and more).
