Question extraction is incomplete or wrong
Some questions weren't extracted or are badly split? Here's how to make extraction reliable.
After import, some questions are missing or badly split? Here are the most common causes and how to fix them.
Common causes
- A multi-column file where the questions column isn't clearly identified.
- A scanned PDF (image) or complex layout.
- Merged cells or empty rows in the Excel file.
Fixes
- Make sure the questions column is isolated and named.
- Clean up merged cells and empty rows.
- For a PDF, provide a text version if possible.
- If the structure is unusual, contact support: we can help you remap the questions.
