Why can't a colleague see a project, and how to manage who sees what through roles and assignments.
A colleague can't see a project or documents? It's almost always a matter of role and assignment.
How visibility works
- The Owner and Manager see and manage projects within their scope.
- A User only accesses content they are assigned to.
Sharing a project
- Check the person is a member of your organisation (if not, invite them).
- Give them the right role (Manager to manage, User to contribute).
- Assign them the relevant project or questions so they can access it.
