An answer shows a low, or even zero, confidence score? It's not a bug: the score reflects the level of available evidence.
Why a low score?
- No evidence could be linked to the answer.
- The relevant document is missing from your base or directory.
- The existing evidence is outdated or incomplete.
How to improve it
- Open the Evidence Builder to link valid evidence to the answer.
- Import the missing document into the right directory.
- Run the Gap Analysis to pinpoint exactly what's missing.
