Error When Inviting a Team Member

You may occasionally encounter an error message when trying to invite a member to your organization.

Identifying the Issue

If the following message appears:

User invitation failed There was an error inviting the user. Please try again.

This typically means the user already has an existing Optivalue.ai account created independently of your organization.

How to Resolve This

To successfully add this member to your corporate account, a manual reset is required:

  1. Contact Support: Reach out to our support team to request the deletion of the user's existing personal account (with the chatbot down below.

  2. Resend the Invitation: Once the support team confirms the account has been deleted, you will be able to invite them to your organization without issues.

Important Note: Deleting the personal account is permanent. Any data, history, or documents previously created by the user on that account will be lost.
