The reset email isn't arriving? Here are the checks to run and how to get help.

You requested a password reset but the email isn't arriving? Here's what to do.

Checks

  • Check your spam / junk and promotions folders.
  • Make sure you're using the correct email address (your account's).
  • The link has a limited validity: if it expired, request a new one.

If nothing arrives

Some corporate mail systems block automated emails. Ask your IT team to allow our messages, then contact our support: we can restart the activation or reset manually.
