You requested a password reset but the email isn't arriving? Here's what to do.
Checks
- Check your spam / junk and promotions folders.
- Make sure you're using the correct email address (your account's).
- The link has a limited validity: if it expired, request a new one.
If nothing arrives
Some corporate mail systems block automated emails. Ask your IT team to allow our messages, then contact our support: we can restart the activation or reset manually.
