How to import several documents at once via a ZIP archive, and what to do if the import fails.

To save time, you can import several documents at once using a ZIP archive.

How to do it

  1. Gather your documents into a .zip archive.
  2. Import the archive like any file, into the desired destination directory.
  3. Then check each document's status ("Completed").

If the import fails

Unzip the archive and import the files individually (drag and drop), avoiding overly long names and special characters. If the problem persists, contact support.
