Can't access your workspace anymore? Here are the common causes and how to restore access.

Checks
- Confirm your credentials and, where relevant, your login method (SSO or classic).
- Clear your browser cookies, then log in again.
- Check with the account owner that your access is still active.
Still blocked
If your workspace shows inactive access or your projects don't appear, contact our support via the chatbot: we'll check your account status and restore access.
