Supported questionnaire formats
- Excel (.xlsx / .xls): full automatic recognition.
- Word (.docx) and PDF: supported on request (contact us via the chatbot).
For online questionnaires
- Browser extension: fill in online forms directly (EcoVadis, Cybervadis, SAP Ariba, interactive PDFs).
- API: connect to your existing tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft 365).
Accepted source document formats
To feed your knowledge base: Word (.docx), PDF, TXT, Excel (.xlsx / .xls), CSV, and other standard formats.
If recognition fails
First check the file's format and structure (an Excel file with clearly identified columns works best). If the problem persists, contact the team via the chatbot: we'll enable Word/PDF support and help you import your file.
